Frequently asked questions
If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it if it is in stock or get a store credit. Depending where you live the time it may take for your exchange products to reach you may vary.
You must have initiated the process within (7) days of receiving the item and have receipt to show proof of purchase. After (14) days from the point of delivery, no exchanges or store credits shall be considered or accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
All sales are final on all items
